Welcome to Costambar Restaurant! These terms explain how ordering from our app and website works. We have kept them clear and fair, so please take a moment to read them. By using our app or website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Your Account
To place an order, you will create an account with accurate information. Please keep your login details private — you are responsible for what happens under your account, so let us know right away if you notice anything unusual. You should be 18 or older to order with us.
2. Orders & Payments
Every order is subject to availability, and once in a while we may need to refuse or cancel an order. Prices can change, so the price you see at checkout is the one that applies.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you place an order with online payment, you are authorizing the charge for that order. We never store your full card number — Stripe handles that. Any taxes, delivery fees, or service charges are always shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Delivery & Pickup
For delivery, please make sure your address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order. Delivery times are our best estimate, not a guarantee, and we deliver within our service area. For pickup, please collect your order within the time given — orders left too long may not be held.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel an order before we start preparing it. Once the kitchen gets going, cancelling may not be possible. If something is wrong with your order — it arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as you expected — let us know as soon as you can. To help us understand what happened, we may ask for a few details or a photo. We will look into it and make it right: usually that means remaking or replacing the item, and if that is not practical, we may offer a refund. Since every situation is different, we handle these case by case.
5. Allergies
We prepare many dishes in the same kitchen, so we cannot guarantee that a dish is completely free of any particular ingredient, and cross-contamination can happen. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before ordering, and always let us know about any allergies.
6. Being Fair to Each Other
Our menu, name, and brand belong to Costambar Restaurant, so please do not copy or misuse them. And please use our service honestly — no unlawful use, no false information, and no trying to disrupt or break into our systems. We also ask that you treat our staff and other customers with respect.
7. Responsibility
We work hard to give you a great experience, but we cannot promise the service will always be perfect or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any issue is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be here, with the date at the top.
9. The Legal Part
These terms follow the laws of the place where Costambar Restaurant operates (366 E 18TH St Paterson NJ 07501). If any part of them turns out not to apply, the rest still stands.
